Dr.Nishad PK completed his anaesthesiology training (MD) from All India Institute of Medical sciences (New delhi). He got trained in interventional pain medicine from prestigious institute S.G.P.G.I, Lucknow.He has also received Ultrasound training (Expertise in pain intervention course ) from Chennai (Affiliated to University of Michigan , USA).He is the First PDCC trained pain physician in kerala.He is currently the head of department of Pain medicine in Aster MIMS , Kozhikode. He is the program head of Indian academy of pain medicine fellowship at Cortex spine and pain care.He got FIPP (Fellow of interventional pain practice) and CIPS (Certified interventional pain sonologist)  from World institute of Pain ,USA.He is the first pain specialist in kerala to achieve this honor.He is the first Diplomat  of American Board of Regenerative Medicine in Kerala.He is a member of Indian Society of study of pain , Indian society of pain clinicians & World institute of pain He is a faculty in National pain conferences.

Dr.Nishad P.K has  >13 years experience in managing patients with chronic pain of   all sorts ranging from simple back pain to more complicated pain like trigeminal neuralgia , cancer pain etc. He is well versed with a range of fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided interventional procedures for pain management.

DR Najwa is one of the consultant interventional pain specialist  at CORTEX SPINE AND PAIN CARE .
She is having more than 8 years of experience as pain specialist . She pursued her undegraduation from
pariyaram medical college , Kannur followed by anaesthesia post graduation from Aster MIMS
Calicut . She took fellowship in interventional pain management (FIAPM ) from ASTER MIMS , and basic
certificate course from (BCCPM) from institute of palliative medicine,Kozhikode . She is certified with FIPP (Fellow in interventional pain practice ) by World institute of Pain (USA),She is the first lady pain physician in Kerala to achieve this.

Mohammed Jamsheer is a renowned clinician in the field of Spine Manual Therapy. He has been treating spinal pain conditions for 12 years after post-graduate training in spine manual therapy. He has also undergone a certificate course in orthopedics manual therapy from Curtin University Australia and a certificate program in Orthopedic Medicine Cyriax (ETGOM Belgium) from the national sports institute Malaysia. He has attended several national and international conferences as a faculty.

Mr. Jasil is a qualified and well exposed Physiotherapist with 22 years of clinical experience &with keen eye & expertise in dealing with musculoskeletal disorders including Myofascial Pain & Repetitive Stress injuries using unique RSI treatment protocols . He completed his Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from University of Calicut in 2001. He then went to Bangalore to practice under the guidance of RSI specialist Dr Deepak Sharan & pursued his Pain Management training using Osteopathy principles at Recoup Neuro musculo skeletal center. He immigrated to Canada in 2011 after 9 years of intensive practice in the field of RSI & pain management at Bangalore. Following this he underwent a bridging program in "Physiotherapy & the Canadian health care system" from University of Toronto to get his degree equalized with the Canadian post graduate standards. He then passed his 2 year post graduate Advanced
diploma in Myofascial therapy with honors from Medix College, Toronto in 2014.
